Wiper eyes seven MP seats in Nairobi county

Wiper plans to clinch seven parliamentary and 24 MCA seats in Nairobi in 2017.

In the strategy dubbed “24/7”, Wiper wants to list 100 per cent of eligible voters in its strongholds as members and ensure they acquire IDs and register as voters.

The plan is[] spearheaded by Nairobi Deputy Governor Jonathan Mueke, who is the party’s senior-most politician in Nairobi.

Yesterday, Mueke led Makadara and Embakasi West parliamentary seats aspirants Joshua Kitivi and Roy Kivusyu to a fundraiser for the AIC Jericho Church. He is the coordinator of Wiper activities in the city.

Wiper aims at retaining the Mukuru kwa Njenga and Laini Saba MCA seats held by Alexander Mutisya and David Kitavi.
